Return / Refund Policy

- Returns and exchanges are possible within 14 days of purchase. 
- Please fill out the form below before sending your product back.
- Please inspect your order before removing any tags.
- Exchange for a different size is only available if product has not been worn and original tags and bags are attached.
- Customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways for size exchange.
- Products with manufacturing defects will be exchanged only.  If the product is out of stock, a credit coupon will be issued.
- No money or point will be refunded on products purchased through gift card or points.  Only exchanges are possible.
- Promotional items and gifts will not be exchanged.
- We do not accept returned items that were sent back without receiving confirmation from us first.
- Original shipping fee is non-refundable.
- Customer is liable for any duties or taxes within their region.
