Return & Exchange Policy
🕒 14-Day Return Period
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returns sent without prior confirmation will not be accepted.
📦 Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- All original tags and packaging must be intact
- Items must be in resalable condition
Please inspect your order carefully before removing any tags.
🔄 Exchanges (Recommended Process)
We do not process direct exchanges.
For the fastest solution, we recommend:
- Place a new order for the correct size or item
- Compare both items at home
- Return the item(s) you do not wish to keep
This ensures availability and avoids waiting times.
🚚 Shipping & Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
💳 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Orders paid via gift cards or reward points:
- Not eligible for cash refunds
- Store credit or exchange will be provided
⚠️ Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos
We will replace the item. If unavailable, a store credit (voucher) will be issued.
