The SHS-1723 IFAK MOLLE Pouch is a compact, purpose-built medical organizer designed for rapid access and efficient gear management in high-pressure environments by Shadow Strategic. Built for tactical users, airsoft players, and professional applications, this pouch balances durability, accessibility, and clean organization.
The pouch features a full clamshell opening with dual zipper closures that extend down to the base, allowing complete visibility and access to all contents. A reinforced grip handle enables fast pull-down deployment, ensuring immediate access to medical essentials when it matters most.
Internally, the pouch is structured for practical organization. Four internal compartments provide space for larger items such as trauma shears and gauze pads, while 13 elastic retention loops keep smaller tools and supplies securely in place and easily accessible.
The front panel incorporates a laser-cut MOLLE-compatible loop field, allowing attachment of patches or additional accessories while maintaining a low-profile design.
On the backside, the pouch is equipped with a MOLLE mounting system (no button straps), ensuring a secure and stable attachment to tactical vests, belts, assault packs, or drop leg platforms. This configuration improves reliability during movement and prevents unwanted shifting.
